Planning your wedding flowers should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Our process keeps everything simple and organized so you can enjoy every step along the way.
INQUIRE
Start by completing our wedding inquiry form and sharing details about your wedding day — including your colors, venue, and inspiration photos. The more information you provide, the better we can understand your vision.
FREE CONSULTATION
After reviewing your inquiry, we’ll reach out to schedule a consultation — in person, by phone, or over Zoom. During our conversation we’ll talk through your color palette, favorite flowers, style, and the floral details that will bring your wedding day to life.
CUSTOM PROPOSAL
Following our consultation, you’ll receive a custom floral proposal outlining your designs, recommended flowers, and an estimated investment. Once everything looks just right and you’ve approved the proposal, your wedding date will be officially reserved with a signed contract and first payment.
WEDDING DAY FLOWERS
In the days leading up to your wedding, we’ll source the freshest seasonal blooms — often from trusted local flower farmers — and begin designing your arrangements. On your wedding day, we’ll deliver and install your flowers so everything is beautifully placed and ready for your celebration.
