As a Utah wedding florist, we know that pricing is an essential factor when it comes to choosing the right florist. We tailor our prices based on the size of the arrangement and your preferred flower choices, ensuring that you get exactly what you want on your special day. We work with you to understand your style and preferences, and then customize everything to your taste. We provide a complimentary customized wedding quote to every bride who inquires. CONSULTATION
Upon receiving your inquiry, we will promptly reach out to you (typically via text) to schedule a consultation. This can be done in person, over the phone, or through Zoom/Facetime, depending on your preference.
Before our consultation, we will carefully review the information you provided about your wedding to gain a better understanding of your needs. During our consultation, we can chat about flower picks, color schemes, likes, dislikes, and those special details that will make your big day pop - from bouquet size to corsages and bridesmaids' blooms. This is an opportune moment for you to express any concerns or specific requests. By doing so, we can ensure your peace of mind and integrate your preferences into your flower quote.
DESIGN PROPOSAL & PRICE QUOTE
After mulling over all the flowery deets we discussed in our consultation, I take a couple of days to prepare a personalized quote complete with a customized flower recipe, inspirational photos of flowers and arrangements that match your vision, and an initial price estimate. I am always happy to revise quotes, add on to quotes, or deduct. I always tell my brides, "If anything doesn't look right, please don't hesitate to let me know." Your happiness is my top priority.
Each quote remains valid for a period of two weeks from the time sent in the event of no response from your end. We aim to give you ample time to consider your options, but we kindly request open communication regarding your thoughts. We are more than willing to make any adjustments needed to ensure your quote exceeds your expectations. Should you choose to proceed with us, we will be delighted to work with you and move forward. However, we understand that may not always be the case, If you opt not to proceed, there are no hard feelings, we simply ask for timely notification to respect our schedule and potentially accomodate another client on that date.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Exciting news! We can't wait to work with you at this stage! Once you confirm and approve the quote, we will send a contract for your review and signature. A deposit is necessary to secure your wedding date. Additionally, we will provide a payment plan after discussing various payment options. Typically, we split the payments into 2-3 installments depending on the time left until the wedding. We are flexible and willing to adjust the payment schedule to suit your needs and budget.
CHECK-IN
You are all set for your wedding flowers at this point, and I'll be eagerly awaiting to get my hands on your flowers and design your beautiful floral pieces. As the big day approaches I will check in to reconfirm all the details and ensure everything is in order, Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns during this period I'm here to help discuss queries you may have.
FLOWER DELIVERY
Before your bridals or wedding day, I carefully review our previous discussions and the approved flower quote to keep your vision fresh in my mind as I begin designing. A few days before your event, I will collect your flowers from my wholesaler or local flower farmers to ensure their freshness and quality. After cleaning the flowers, I place them in fresh water in my flower coolers to maintain their freshness. On your special day, I will deliver your flowers and set up any large floral arrangements on-site. Rest assured, everything will be executed perfectly and on schedule for your event.
